In our kitchen we make delicious dressings, pesto, potato-bean patties, onion mousse, fried mushrooms, bean paté, chickpea-tune salad and lots more. We make all the food from scratch using primarily fresh and locally harvested permaculture or organic, and pesticide free commodities. The rye bread is made by Surdejsbageren (sourdough bakery) using biodynamic Danish sorts. In our kitchen we care a lot about sustainability which is why minimizing our waste is our core value. We get all our fresh commodities in reusable boxes that we return to the farmers. Other foods we get in glass, paper or metal rather than plastic. The waste that we are part of creating is all sorted and recycled.
